As the negotiator for the lender, it is sometimes more difficult working with negotiators hired by the borrower than working with the borrowers themselves. This was not the case working with Jessica on the CONNER loan. She understood my questions and concerns, conveyed them to the borrower and got the answers and documentation in a timely manner. These borrowers were challenging however, Jessica did an outstanding job communicating with them. We were able to expedite this from start to finish in 3 weeks!!! We had heard that the Obama program was rolling out and the Lenders were able to make modifications to your loan to keep people from losing getting forclosed on. We attempted to negotiate with our Servicing agent (SPS) around february 2009. We had a loan of $140,00.00 with them. Wells Fargo was the Bank that holds the Note. Well SPS gave us the run around for 2-3months and offered to do a repaymernt plan with them to reduce our payment from $1100.00 to $830.00. With no guarantee that the payment would stay the same and would NOT go up in the near future.

Dear Amerihope Alliance Legal Services, LLC: I am in a state of total amazement of Jimmy Sierra. He has got to be one of your best negotiators for Loan Mods. My husband and I had some set backs in 2008 and 2009, both health and financially. I asked for help from my mortgage company, and it just seemed that I was transferred to everyone, except who I needed to talk to. Jimmy took over our case and with in weeks, I mean weeks, my mortgage payment went from $2500 to $1600 and the rate was lowered for the term of the 2% to 4.875%. My monthly payment was about to more than double and I was behind on my payments.
