We initially contacted Scott who was very helpful and reassuring. Scott assigned us to Jimmy Sierra and we than made history from there....
The story began when my husband and I initially reached out to another company to help us with our loan modification, but were unfortunately scammed and taken for a lot of money which left us with an incredible hardship and emotional distress. We were very hesitant to reach out to another organization that provided the same service, but we had no additiona options. We knew we had to continue to stay positive and utilize additional resources; hence we found Amerihope. Our loan modification was a difficult process and required a lot of patience, numerous calls and relentless persistence. The end result was that Jimmy Sierra was able to negotiate a reasonable and affordable mortgage payment which in return saved our home, marriage and mental stability. Jimmy did an outstanding job and exceeded our expectations. He was always available and patient to assist with questions and having countless conversations with our lender. Jimmy does NOT settle.
